About Dr. Blake Graham

High-Performance Strategy for Competitive Humans

Elite athletes don’t train casually.
High-level executives don’t operate casually either.

My work lives at the intersection of sports medicine, performance science, and strategic load management - built for people who expect more from their bodies than average standards allow.

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced board certification as a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians® (DACBSP®)- the highest level of sports chiropractic credentialing - and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

These are not weekend certifications.
They represent rigorous examination, clinical standards, and advanced competency in sports performance and athlete management.

Experience in High-Performance Environments

I have worked with athletes across the Major League Baseball, National Football League, National Hockey League, National Basketball Association, professional soccer, and international competition.

I have supported teams at global events and multi-day tournaments where durability, readiness, and recovery directly affect outcomes.

I also served as a Sports Medicine Specialist at Canyon Ranch, working alongside an interdisciplinary team with executives, endurance athletes, and high-performing individuals who expect precision, discretion, and measurable results.

These environments shaped how I practice:

  • Performance must be strategic.

  • Recovery must be intentional.

  • Load must be managed.

  • Output must be sustainable.

Performance Over Pain

While my clinical background allows me to assess biomechanics, tissue tolerance, and injury risk, my focus is not simply “treating pain.”

It is helping you train intelligently around it.

Elite performers rarely wait for perfect conditions. They adapt.

My role is to:

  • Optimize movement efficiency

  • Improve force production capacity

  • Enhance durability under load

  • Guide return-to-training progression

  • Manage stress, travel, and recovery variables

  • Align physical performance with professional demands

This is performance oversight - not passive care.

Why Credentials Matter

There is a difference between having opinions about performance and being formally trained and examined in it.

DACBSP® - the highest board certification in sports chiropractic - requires advanced post-graduate education, written and practical examinations, and ongoing competency standards.

CSCS - through the National Strength and Conditioning Association - represents advanced understanding of strength programming, biomechanics, and performance adaptation.

Together, this background allows me to operate fluently between:

  • Clinical biomechanics

  • Strength and conditioning science

  • Load monitoring

  • Return-to-play strategy

  • Executive health performance

You are not getting generic programming.
You are getting integrated performance strategy.

Built for Competitive Executives

There is a specific type of individual I work best with:

  • Former athletes who still train hard

  • Founders and executives who compete in business and sport

  • High-output professionals managing stress, travel, and performance demands

  • Individuals who want data-driven strategy, not guesswork

  • People who treat training like an asset - not a hobby

If you operate at a high level professionally, your body must support that output.

Performance capacity, cognitive clarity, recovery quality, and physical durability are competitive advantages.

The Philosophy

Performance is not about grinding harder.
It is about managing variables better.

Load.
Recovery.
Movement quality.
Adaptation.
Longevity.

Whether you compete in sport, business, or both - your physical system must match your ambition.

That’s the standard here.
